Today’s book is Who’s That Knocking? by Alison Lester, another one that I collected through the Herald Sun newspaper.
This is a delightful story with different sized pages, almost like a lift the flap book. Each flap is a door and children must guess who is knocking at the door. It is fun and my kids had fun making up extra guesses for who may be knocking at the door and there is a fun twist at the end.
Alison Lester has done some wonderful illustrations to complement her words.
It is one of those books that both parents and children will enjoy together, and can encourage children to use their imaginations trying to work out who is knocking at the door.
