I think I’ve started reading these books in the wrong order… anyway, today’s book is another from the Herald Sun mini books pile – Hairy Maclary’s Bone by Lynley Dodd.
This is one of my favourite series of kids books and I can’t remember reading this one before. It doesn’t matter if you haven’t read any of the others, you will enjoy the dogs and following Hairy Maclary from Donadlson’s Dairy as he goes home with his bone. I know that there were a few times the pictures made me smile.
There are also the same fun rhymes that are in the other books and you will enjoy the rhythm of words.
