belinda-200Today’s book had me in stitches. Belinda by Pamela Allen is sure to delight your kids.

This is basically the story of what happens when a cow needs to be milked by someone else. Poor Old Tom has to work out what to do, or there will be no milk to drink and no butter for his bread.

It was what he did about it, and the ending, that had me laughing. The illustrations complement the story beautifully.

See if your kids can work out what Old Tom does so he can milk Belinda before he does!
