Today’s picture book is a follow on from Go Away Mr Worrythoughts that I wrote about yesterday. Happythoughts are Everywhere… by Nicky Johnston is a follow on from the last book. It looks at Bayden and his search for Happy Thoughts, after he decides to swap them for his worries.
This is another book that has been helpful for Mr Z, and I’m so glad it was written. We have fun talking about Happythoughts and he is even wanting a treasure box that he can store special happy thoughts to look through when he is worrying.
I enjoyed how this book continued on the story of Bayden and had some simple, practical ways for kids to find their happy thoughts and swap them with their worries.
